➢ Bailiff debt: enter full name and birth date.

➢ Tax debt: enter INN (taxpayer identification number).

HOW TO PAY YOUR DEBTYou can pay the identified debts (enforcement proceedings, taxes, penalties and fines) straight from the app using a card issued by any Russian bank.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK AND PAY YOUR DEBTS IN ADVANCEBorder control officers check debt information from a dedicated database.
The database updates are slow to come.
It takes three days for the beneficiary to know about your debt payment, and then a bailiff or a tax inspector sends a departure authorisation to the border controls, which might take another ten days.

LEARN ABOUT YOUR NEW DEBT IN GOOD TIMEYou might be unaware of a new debt or just fail to notice it (for example, overlook a notification in the post box, or forget about the debt altogether).
Alternatively, you might have paid the debt, but the database has not been updated.
